Peanut Butter-Honey Bread

Peanut Butter-Honey Bread
(1 1/2 pound loaf)

1/2 cup - 4 oz milk
1/4 cup - 2 oz water
1/4 cup - 2 3/8 oz peanut butter
1 egg
3 T. - 2 1/4 oz honey
3 cups - 12 3/4  bread flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

Add ingredients in order of your bread machine's instructions. (The above is written in order for a Zo.) Select basic white bread cycle. 

Excellent toasted with jelly.
Andy enjoys it as a PBPB&J sandwich for school lunches.
